The 24-year-old, who predominantly plays at left-back, was a regular feature in a Farnborough side who finished a point off the promotion places in 2023/24. Jordan’s excellent performances earned him a nomination for Boro’s Supporters’ Player Of The Year award.
Norville-Williams spent his youth career at Arsenal, before joining Cambridge United in 2017. A 2 year spell at Hayes & Yeading Utd followed before settling at Cherrywood Road for the last two campaigns, where he emerged as one of the National League South’s top defenders.
Jordan has made a name for himself in NLS for being a quick, attacking full-back. His availability also stands out as a key strength, playing 75 games over the last two campaigns, netting seven goals within that time. His adaptability makes him a shrewd fit for the Wanderers, as Jordan operated both as a left wing-back and left full-back in 2023/24 for Farnborough, whilst also having the ability to adjust into the left side of a back three.
Ahead of meeting the Red & White Army, Jordan told DWFC Media: “I just can’t wait to get going and see all the fans.”
Speaking on the acquisition of Norville-Williams, Marc White added: “Jordan is a player we’ve had our eye on for some time, he fits with our exciting style of football and adds some much needed youth into the squad at 24 years old. He is very versatile, can operate on the left side of a back three, back four or at left wing-back. He’s a massively exciting player with great pace, who is excited by the opportunity of playing full-time football at Dorking Wanderers. Jordan is the first of a few new faces we aim to complete in order to strengthen up our squad.”
Marc finished by stating: “I’d like to thank Spencer at Farnborough for his cooperation in making this happen.”
The 24-year-old is set to join the Wanderers pre-season at the end of June, more details of which are set to be announced in the coming weeks.
