Job Title: Sports Therapist (Placement / Intern / Volunteer)
Location: Meadowbank Stadium, Dorking
Contract Type: Internship / Placement (Full-time / Part-time)
Duration: June 2025 – April 2026 (flexible for the right candidate)

Role Overview:
Become part of the medical team, assisting with player preparation before training and games by providing soft tissue therapy, strapping, etc. You’ll also help with injury assessment, management, rehabilitation, and any first aid requirements.

First Team Schedule:
Monday: 8am – 1pm (training)
Tuesday: 8am – 1pm and/or evening game
Thursday: 8am – 1pm (training)
Saturday: Game day

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with soft tissue treatment pre and post training and game days

• Support the physiotherapist with injury assessment, management and treatment

• Learn and apply taping and strapping techniques

• Assist with injury rehabilitation programmes

Key Skills & Experience:

Essential:

• Studying or graduated in Sports Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation or Physiotherapy

• Understanding of anatomy and physiology

• Comfortable providing soft tissue therapy

• Driving licence (training venues can change)

Desirable:

• Experience in a football setting

• Pitch-side first aid qualification
