We identify and recruit the best local talent, then help these players develop the technical, physical, social and psychological skills necessary to maximise their potential, in a positive, pressure-free environment.
We provide the first steps for committed young players on a pathway to the Dorking Wanderers FC men’s & women’s First Teams.
