Jess signed for the Wanderers ahead of the 23/24 campaign after having previously played for Tottenham Hotspur at youth level.

The midfielder, who possesses an abundance of technical ability, a great passing range and is a threat from set-pieces, made 15 appearances for the Wanderers in her debut season.

Jess scored her first goal for the Wanderers with a superb free kick vs Enfield Town, winning the ‘Goal of the Season Award’ in the process.
